18 Weeks!

Everyone told me that with your second pregnancy you show sooner and get much bigger. I am definitely no exception to this idea! I feel huge already! I didn't do a good job tracking my pregnancy with Elli so I am going to try to do better this time around. We find out the gender of our baby in three days!

Goodbye Intel, Hello Freedom!

Nate's last day of working at Intel was April 1. I wrote this message on the driveway for him to come home to. It was been nice having Nate home this month to help me out...I could definitely get use to this. He is busy looking for a new job so hopefully it happens soon.

Phoenix Zoo

You would never know we were at the zoo, but this is the only time I took my camera out. All the rest of the time I was too busy chasing Elli around. She doesn't love to ride in her stroller anymore so she keeps us busy.
She is starting to say, "cheese" when we take her pictures and she gets this goofy smile with her teeth. Hopefully this is just a phase. :)

A day at the park

Grandma, Elli, Kristine, Thomas, Becca and Preston all went on a little train ride at the park. Elli loved it!
This kid loves to be behind the wheel...we better get ourselves ready for the teenage years!

Thomas and Elli riding some kind of creature, either a dragon or a dinosaur I think.

I'm surprised she was smiling when I took this picture because she only lasted on the merry-go-round a few minutes before she wanted off. Maybe she takes after her mom and doesn't like rides...who knows.

Elli's First Boat Excursion

Elli and her cousins, Mayley, Porter and Annie all got to go out on grandpa's boat the other day. Lindsay and I took the opportunity to do a little shopping without the kiddos and it was perfect! From what I hear the kids all had a great time. Thanks to the dads for giving us moms a break! Oh, and I already got on Nate's case for Elli not wearing a lifevest...he said she didn't like it. :)

TV face

I know Elli looks sad in this picture but I just wanted to post her TV face. This child loves to watch TV. I feel horrible to say this, but I am grateful because it allows me to get a few things done each day around the house.
