Whlile we were down in Duncan, AZ for Nate's grandma's memorial service we made a visit to the family farm. This picture is taken in front of grandma and grandpa's house that they raised their 6 children in.

Nate's side of the family that was able to make it for Christmas. Some of his siblings live out of state and there weren't able to make it this year. We missed them!

Our little sparkly cowgirl. We were at Target the other day and she wore this hat that she found in the dollar section the entire time we were shopping. I had to buy it because I thought it was so cute. She wore it in the bath the next day and since then it has been sitting in the playroom not being played with. Isn't that how it goes?!?

We got all bundled up to look at Christmas lights. This mouse hat is one my mom found in Alaska and it is hilarious. I love it!

Good memories...

I love this picture because Grandma passed away just a week after this picture was taken. She is such a sweet lady and such a wonderful example to all of us.

Every year at Nate's parents house we do the nativity. Spencer was the donkey, Mayley was Mary, Porter didn't feel good so he was sleeping, Annie was s wise man and Elli was an angel. It was priceless!

Karen found these costumes which were too big for the little ones, but they were perfect!

Growing up my mom took us every year to the mall to visit Santa and have our picture taken. We had to get the picture taken every year until we were married. I hated doing it every year but I am thankful my mom did it because now we have a whole wall full of Santa pictures. It's fun to see how much you change each year. I have started the same tradition with my family. This was Elli's second time visit Santa, which as you can tell she wasn't too sure about it. We will see how it goes next year.

On New Year's Day Nate watched Elli for a couple hours so I could do some scrapbooking, which I am ridiculously behind on. All I could hear from inside was something banging on the house every couple of seconds. I went outside to see what it was and this is what I found
