About two months ago the doctor told me Elli was probably ready to potty train. I thought she definitely wasn't but I figured I should listen and give it a try. To this day she still has yet to go potty in the toilet! She prefers to wear the seat on her head! (The seat is clean for all you germ phobes.)
Elli loved digging in the rocks/shells at the beach where we stayed.
Here Nate is helping Elli get down and dirty. I am not quite so brave when it comes to that. :)We stayed one night in Jay's family cabin near Port Orchard. The kids loved being able to visit the beach and jump on the trampoline. Elli thought it was pretty fun to jump, or I mean to sit and have other people bounce her.
Nate, Elli and I all took a week long trip up to Seattle to visit family. As always we want to see a lot of people when we go up but it never works out to see everyone. We stayed at Hilary and Jay's house for the week and it was great. Elli had a blast with all her cousins.

Hilary watched Elli so we could go to the temple one afternoon. I had never been inside the Seattle temple so it was a treat.
We ran in the Pat Tillman race in the middle of April and I never got around to posting any pictures. We ran the race with our good friends Steve and Cyndi. It is always so much fun to get out and run with so many people.
